Saad Yahya – Refund and Returns Policy

At Saad Yahya, we want you to love your new clothes as much as we do! We understand that sometimes things don’t fit quite right or aren’t exactly what you expected. Our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and ensure your satisfaction.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Saad Yahya purchase, you can return the item(s) within 5 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The garment(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, confirmation email) must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Support: Please contact our Customer Support team at info@saadyahya.com with your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for your return.

Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization: Our Customer Support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to ship the garment(s) back to us.

Step 3: Ship the Item(s): Carefully package the garment(s) to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.  

Refunds

Once your returned garment(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of approval. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.  
  • If Rejected: If your return does not meet the conditions outlined in our policy (e.g., signs of wear, missing tags, return initiated after 5 days), we will notify you via email with the reason for the rejection. The garment(s) may be returned to you at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged garment or the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support team at info@saadyahya.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for these cases.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Please contact our Customer Support team at info@saadyahya.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above once you receive the garment(s).
